On behalf of the West Texas Home Builders Association, we are excited welcome you to the 2025 Lubbock Parade of Homes.

Our association is here to support building in West Texas and we are thrilled to show you our best at the Parade of Homes.

We want to give a special shout-out to our Title Sponsors: Title One, Atmos Energy, Overhead Door, Western Bank, and Western Bank Mortgage.  Without them - this would not have been possible.  Please follow them on social media or say we said hi when you're there next.

The Lubbock Parade is a super unique experience, and whether you're an avid veteran or new to our event - we welcome you and want to give you some tips tricks below to make the most of your experience.

BONUS!

We have over 80,000 square feet of new homes for your viewing pleasure.  When you purchase a parade ticket, you get access to three different subdivisions.  Spend the entire afternoon touring all the homes, or break them up by subdivisions.  When you purchase a ticket, you will have three stubs for entrance - each stub will be taken when you enter the parade site.  Once you have entered, you cannot return to the same subdivision without a new ticket purchase.

There's so much to see, that you will definitely be getting your steps in during the parade.  All builder require guests to remove their shoes at the entrance.  Some may provide shoe coverings, but they are not guaranteed.  Just prep in advance to wear your most comfortable slip-ons for the event.  Keep your fancy shoes at home - we are not responsible for lost items.

Always respect that these are real homes, many for sale — treat each one like you’re a guest.

Avoid touching surfaces, opening private drawers, or sitting on the furniture.  Food and drinks are not allowed - but don't worry! Our builders have plenty of water if you need it.

Many of us have children and understand the dymanic of them tagging along, but kids are to be accompanied at all times and horsing around, won't be tolerated.  We do not allow strollers or wagons in the parade sites  - along with toys or other items that could get lost or stolen.

Living in West Texas means inclement weather, especially in June, it totally possible.  The Association along with the Builders will make the call as to whether or not the parade shuts down for bad weather.  While one may be close, another may be open, but our Facebook and Instagram is the best resource for the latest information!

Our Guidebook is AMAZING and full of all the details you need on the builders, subdivisions, and the many many businesses who partner with the West Texas Home Builders Association to put this on.  Check our the Guidebook in person or digitally on this website to get your sneak peek.

If you're in the home for a new house - AWESOME - we're excited to have you.  Not you? No worries! Our parade is the goldmine for all the design inspiration and trend forecasting for our region.  It also never hurts to meet the builders and build a relationship with them! You never know when you will be in the need for a new home or want to start on a remodel project.

Each subdivision will have signage for parking near the parade entrance, but coming early - especially on the weekends - will help you get better parking.  Please be courteous that some of our subdivisions also have residents currently living in the neighborhoods.  Do not block driveways or park on unmarked vacant lots.

Visiting early and on weekdays is a great way to avoid the crowds.  It's also the perfect time if you want to really have a deep convo with our builders.  We are open every day June 7th through the 22nd, so plenty of opportunities to explore.

Again, even if you're not in the market for a new home today, enjoy the creativity, beauty, and innovation these local small business owners have built and featured just for you.  Parade tickets make a great gift for your family, co-workers, and friends.  Need a girls night out or date night?! We got you!

These are new subdivisions, and as much as we tried calling Google and Apple - their maps sometimes just don't cut the biscuits.  Check out the subdivision site map to see our pindrops for the locations and look out for our large signage on the major throughfares.
